Miko Service, Property Management, Holiday Villa & and Apartment For Rent

Arrival should be after 4.00 pm Greek time unless otherwise agreed. Property must be vacated before 11.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
Over 60 days notice $100
30-60 days notice 50% of total rental
Less than 30 days 100% of total rental.
The owners or their agents will not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by force majeure, including the following: Strike, hostilities, war, terrorist acticity, riots, fire, floods, inclement weather or any travel problems associated with airlines or other means of transport.
A security bond of $100 will be held by the owner to insure against loss or damage occasioned by the use of the property by the parties to this agreement and is acknowledged by the signing of this agreement. The security bont will be refunded fully after a satisfactory status report has been received from the management company.
If changes to the booking are requested, every effort will be made to accommodate them. This may require additional charges to be made.
Guests are reminded that owners. Owners agents and all management companies associated with this agreement do not take any responsibility or liability for injures, however caused, when using swimming and other sporting facilities offered as part of this agreement. In particular, children should be supervised at all times when using swimming pool.
The full amount of the rental MUST be received by the owners 2 month (60 days) prior to the date of departure. Failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation of the booking. Cancellation charges may also be applied.
Its is a firm condition of this agreement that the property cannot be sub-let or shared. Only persons shown on the booking form are allowed to stay in the property.
